Branding | Southwest Homes is a company based out of Prescott, Arizona. They create modern, energy-efficient factory-built homes. I work closely with the owner to create an identity for the company and its many sub communities. Each location is equipped with its own visual branding kit. The client wanted each community to have its own style reflecting the nature of the landscape and the age group it is targeting. With all the homes based in a desert climate, we decided to use natural colors with warm tones that can be easily spotted throughout Northern Arizona.
